Once upon a time… not so long ago,
There was a house in the heart of Sukhumvit.
From the photo, it looked absolutely stunning.
And the price? Very attractive.
It was what many would call a dream home.
I thought it would be sold in no time.
.
But after nearly half a year,
The house was still on the listing.
Strange, right? Why hadn’t it been sold?
.
I spoke to the owner.
There had been many viewers,
Yet no one committed to reserving it.
This raised many questions in my mind.
There had to be something more to it.
So, I made an appointment to view the house
—without bringing any clients along.
.
When I arrived,
The house was in excellent condition—just like the photos.
Once inside, the vibes were amazing.
But that was just the physical aspect.
.
On the metaphysical side,
There were wandering spirits
Lingering in hidden corners of the house.
This wasn’t too worrying—
They’d likely move on with a bit of kindness.
.
There were two main spiritual entities in the house.
Downstairs, a Thai female spirit.
Kind-hearted and gentle.
She resided right in the center of the house.
.
But the issue was in the upstairs bedroom near the pool.
A very strong-willed Muslim guardian spirit stayed there.
And she insisted
The house could only be owned by someone of her faith.
That was why the house hadn’t sold.
.
At first, I meditated in the room with the strongest energy
And dedicated merit to the spirit.
But she rejected it.
“My religion does not require merit,” she said.
.
So I asked what she wanted.
She wouldn’t speak at first,
Because she didn’t want anyone living there.
Eventually, she relented and admitted:
“I want to hear prayers.”
Prayers brought her comfort
—made her feel good.
.
After inspecting the entire house,
I relayed the story to the owner.
It wasn’t just the spiritual presence—
But the feng shui of certain design elements.
Beautiful as they were,
They inadvertently enhanced the guardian spirit’s power.
.
Even the surrounding houses,
In feng shui terms,
Were like knives pointed toward this house.
So we needed to counteract/relocate/adjust certain things
To dispel the energy in the house
And prevent future spiritual intrusions.
.
I knew the owner didn’t really believe in such things.
But thankfully, he was open-minded
And allowed me to help clear the energy.
He even offered full support for any related expenses.
.
However, I had no expertise
In Muslim rituals.
So I consulted the company’s “Spiritual and Energy Advisor”
And found someone who could chant the prayers.
We held weekly sessions for a month.
Eventually, we received clear feedback
—The spirit’s energy began to soften.
.
The main power source for the spirit
Was the swimming pool inside the property.
Telling the owner to demolish it was unrealistic.
.
So I suggested adding climbing plants
To cover the steel frame over the pool.
As for the water tank that looked like a grave,
We recommended building a wall to block it.
.
We also moved the spirit house and tree at the front
To more auspicious positions.
Closed off nooks and crannies
To prevent wandering spirits from hiding there.
Added a Buddha or deity statue at the front entrance
To keep other spirits out.
.
Once I shared all this with the owner,
It was up to him
To follow through or not.
.
In the end, the owner was great—
He gradually followed all the suggestions.
For anything not feasible,
He found alternatives with similar results.
And finally…
There was good news!
.
Congratulations 👏👏👏
.
The owner even referred another house to me—
One with equally strong spiritual presence.
But I gave a firm warning:
“Do NOT cut down the large tree in front!”
Because when I went to see it,
The spirits were perched all over that tree.
If it were cut down,
They would move straight into the house.
.
Happy Buddhist holy day. Let’s do some merit.
You may not see it with your own eyes,
But believe me—these things exist.
Coming from someone
Who never used to believe in any of this either.
🙏🙏🙏
