From “Rebel” to “Global“
A journal of someone who never gave up
Cutting through a distorted system to find opportunity
In a country that doesn’t support growth
.
I spent almost 2 full years
Designing and building a System Model
From one dumb little presentation...
To 6 presentations in 3 languages
.
I pitched to investors—both Thai and foreign
Pitched until I memorized the sound of my own heartbeat
It sped up every time I said
“If we don’t start, we’ll be disrupted by foreign capital.”
And slowed down every time an investor said
“Great idea, but I don’t dare be the first to fund it.”
.
But every time I came back from a pitch
I never returned empty-handed
I came back with sharper thinking
And a clearer system-building plan
.
I pitched so much that I now know
What it really takes to build something
Without needing a master’s or PhD
.
Pitching one-on-one with elite-level people
Was my best form of learning
It helped me understand injustice
And how the powerful try to keep the small from rising
And gave me deeper insight into
The “distorted capital system” in this country
.
Thailand still has plenty of room to grow
But before you can rise
The system will always remind you
“You’re talented, I admit—but if you don’t pay… don’t bother trying.”
.
This is the harshest phase
For Thai entrepreneurs
It’s not about scaling after you grow
It’s about going from 0 → 1
A time when you have nothing
Yet you’re already facing
“If you have no money, everything will reject you.”
.
Back then, I won the hearts of investors in every pitch
But no one dared be an “Angel”
I wasn’t angry at them… I just started to realize
That my mental model
“Fits Thailand”
But “doesn’t yet fit Thai investors”
That’s all
.
So I changed the game
I quietly started recruiting “Xiao Yu”
These were small players
With global-level connections
.
They took the time to truly understand
My system model
Carefully listened to the brief, dissected the model, practiced pitching
And went out to “become me”
In many countries, societies, and social classes
.
Today, our company
Has started to be mentioned quietly
In global elite networks
.
And the first group to join the movement
Weren’t the Thai investors I had waited for
But Fintech + Proptech groups
From Singapore, Malaysia, and Japan
Who immediately understood that
“I wasn’t here to play”
.
Today… Matching Property
Is the only Thai real estate company
To sign MOUs with foreign partners at the event
It was a key first step
A moment that made those who once spoke with us realize
“What I said — has truly come to life.”
.
From here, our goal is clear
To pull in global investment
Back into Thai real estate
In every format, type, market, and method
As long as the system leaves us any opening to penetrate
We will “no longer play by the old rules”
.
Thai real estate still has potential
Thai real estate is still worth investing in
Thai real estate still lacks many things
That would allow it to move forward as it should
.
Thanks to the foreign investors who saw the opportunity
Thanks to the Xiao Yus who believe in me
And thanks to myself
For still believing in my ideas
And still fighting relentlessly
Until success is in sight
.
Matching Property
Isn’t just a real estate agency
But will be a Thai company
That offers full-service real estate solutions
And with the business model we’ve built
Can scale
On a worldwide level
.
Forget the image of just being an agent
That’s only the tip of the iceberg I once played
What’s been under the ice for so long
Is now starting to move into view
.
That’s why I opened a course for those with a solid foundation
Who see value in my knowledge
Who believe I can unlock even more of their potential
.
I didn’t open this course for money
I opened it to leave behind a legacy
Before I exit this stage
And move on to the next level—permanently
