These issues —
I see them almost every week.

When I write my articles,
I don’t do it because I think I’m some kind of “God Agent”
who gets to set the national standard for everyone.
.
What I write
is simply an attempt to open the wound —
to show what most agents are really thinking,
so new agents can see
what real issues they’ll face
and what they must communicate clearly to the owners.
.
And for owners — new or experienced —
when they read my posts,
they’ll understand better
what’s going on in the agent’s head,
what things owners should know,
and what topics most agents won’t tell you upfront.
Instead, they’ll just force it later.

You don’t have to agree with me.
You don’t have to follow my rules.
I’m just sharing what I’ve actually experienced —
firsthand, in the field.
.
Whatever you can or cannot accept,
whatever you’re willing to give —
talk about it clearly on-site,
then put it in writing.
That’s how you end it properly.
.
Because too often,
I see both sides just assuming.
Each side thinks the other “already knows.”
Each side believes “it must be like I think.”
And when that happens long enough —
problems are born.
