I owed you guys a story about the energy sensing from last year (feels like ages ago).

Better tell it now before I forget.

Come, come, let’s all sit in a circle.

I’ll tell you a bedtime story.

.

.

.

This house is one that...

Back then, a fellow agent

once invited me to help check out this house.

It’s in a housing estate

around Onnut-Bangna Ring Road.

.

Actually, we had been discussing this house for a while.

How to get it sold.

The house was beautiful, in good condition.

It was the biggest type

and the cheapest in the project.

.

People kept coming to view,

but never closed the deal.

.

So she thought,

physically and price-wise, it was already great.

So it might be something spiritual.

.

At that time, I just took note.

I hadn’t gone to the house yet.

Because it was far out of my zone.

.

But when the time finally came,

I had the chance to go.

The owner needed urgent cash.

So they asked me to help appraise the house for mortgage.

.

Luckily, there was already an investor interested.

So I arranged for the investor to come view and appraise.

Then informed the owner of the terms.

The owner agreed.

That’s why I had the chance to visit the house.

.

I arrived at noon.

While my team was appraising the house,

I walked around the property.

Without asking any questions.

And without wanting anyone to tell me anything.

Because I wanted to sense it for myself first.

.

This house was in the last alley of the estate.

But it was the first house in that last alley.

Located at the corner of the main road.

.

Being a corner unit,

it had a large garden area.

And the back had a laundry area,

wide enough for two people to walk side by side without turning.

.

This house was like many others in housing estates.

The ground wasn’t fully piled.

After 3–5 years,

the ground would settle a bit.

Perhaps this was also the main reason

why it hadn’t sold.

.

After walking around,

I took off my shoes at the garage door.

Walked inside.

Entering that door,

you’d see a western-style pantry.

Facing the left side garden.

When entering,

you’d see the person at the pantry turning left to you.

.

To the left was the living area.

The staircase was on the right.

There was a small wall on the left.

You had to take 2 steps forward to see the living room.

.

On the second step into the living room,

standing between the pantry and living area

(red dot in the photo),

I felt something.

But it was very faint, very faint.

Like tiny dust particles.

.

The strongest level

I had ever felt

was like a foggy smoke.

Its movement was unnaturally weird.

I don’t know if there are stronger levels,

but that was already intense enough.

.

.

.

It was so faint that I couldn’t tell what it was.

Or where it was.

So I left it for now.

Went to check the living room / workroom downstairs — nothing.

.

Went up to the second floor.

There were 3 bedrooms.

I felt something slight

in the small bedroom facing the backyard.

But in the master bedroom at the front,

I felt nothing.

.

When I came back downstairs,

the same spot still had that faint feeling.

I told my agent friend that I felt something here,

but I didn’t know what it was.

.

After inspecting the house,

I left the energy matter aside

and focused on the mortgage discussion.

.

At that time, we were waiting for another investor

coming from out of town.

It took some time to arrive.

While waiting, I asked the owner

if I could grab lunch with my friend at the restaurant in front of the estate.

.

.

.

While we were eating,

I talked about what I had felt inside.

I told my friend one thing:

the moment I stepped in, I felt "sadness."

.

As soon as I entered, my mood changed.

Suddenly felt sad.

The agent friend asked,

"Was it because the house was dimly lit?"

.

True.

The second floor was quite dark.

But....

Dimness and sadness

are different things.

.

So I asked my friend,

"Does the owner usually stay here?

Has it ever been rented?"

.

She said,

the owner rarely stayed here.

And once rented it out,

but the contract ended.

Now the owner stayed occasionally.

.

.

.

While we were inspecting,

we took photos inside and outside.

I sent them to a trusted energy advisor.

I said, "This house has energy.

But I don’t know where it is.

Please help check."

Because she had a much stronger sense than me.

.

A bit later, she called and said,

"The owner once worshipped something.

Something sacred too.

But now it’s no longer there.

Ask the owner directly

if they or the tenant

ever enshrined anything in the house."

.

.

.

After finishing lunch,

the timing was perfect as the investor arrived.

We viewed and discussed business as usual.

By the time everything wrapped up,

it was almost 6 PM.

.

.

.

Now the highlight that everyone wants to know.

What exactly was in this house?

.

After the investor left,

we all stood in front of the pantry.

I asked the owner,

"Khun M (pseudonym),

when you lived here,

did you ever worship anything?"

.

Khun M paused and replied,

"I used to worship Phaya Naga.

Then the tenant also worshipped.

So I prepared a Phaya Naga basin

and placed it in front of the house."

.

Ex: "And now, where is it?"

M: "I threw it away."

Ex: "Where did you throw it?"

M: "I don’t know. Asked the gardener to throw it."

Ex: "Do you know where it is now?"

M: (shakes head)

.

I pointed to the backyard and said,

"Now it’s at the bamboo clump behind the house."

.

(At that moment, my two agent friends had full goosebumps, hair standing on end.)

.

One agent friend said,

"I knew it! When I walked to the backyard,

I felt weird,

like being in a cave all the time."

.

All the pieces,

when pieced together,

the mystery was solved.

.

The spot in the middle of the first floor,

and the small bedroom upstairs,

where I felt faint energy,

those spots directly looked out

to the bamboo.

.

The sadness when entering

was because the owner once worshipped,

but then abandoned it.

It was like a shelter.

So it had to find a new place to reside,

without the owner realizing the consequences.

.

The bamboo spot

was always shady.

No sunlight throughout the day.

That’s why it chose to stay there.

.

"Do you know, it’s very sad.

You invited it in,

then abandoned it.

It had no place to stay.

So it went to the bamboo."

.

"This house will sell

only if you ask it to open the way.

Now it’s blocking.

Because it wants you to come clear things first,"

I said.

.

Khun M said,

"I thought so too.

If this house sells,

I would dedicate merit to it."

.

I said, "No!!!

Now it has no power left.

It doesn’t even have a proper place.

How could it have power to help sell the house?

Impossible!!!

You must make merit for it first."

.

"What should I do?" Khun M asked.

.

(I walked to my car, grabbed a one-baht coin, and handed it to Khun M.)

.

"Khun M, go to the backyard,

to the bamboo.

Bury this coin in the ground.

It’s just an ordinary coin,

no ritual.

It’s just a medium.

.

Then place your hand on the soil or bamboo.

And talk to it.

Just normal language,

like when you abandon a pet.

Say what you want,

focus your mind and send the message."

.

While Khun M squatted down,

head bowed, touching the bamboo for a long time.

.

I walked to the front,

grabbed a small water bottle,

and walked to Khun M.

.

"Khun M, pour this water and repeat after me."

.

Mainly to ask forgiveness.

For the owner to apologize.

And dedicate all merits

Khun M had ever made... to it.

.

Then ask it to open the way,

so new owners could come in,

to use the house for good.

Don’t mention “sell.”

.

After pouring the water,

and asking forgiveness,

I went inside to talk to the agent friends.

.

From now on,

before bringing any clients,

the agent should arrive early.

.

Bring a water bottle, pour it at the bamboo,

and say the words I will give,

asking it to open the way.

.

If one day,

a new leaf sprouts from the ground,

not a bamboo leaf,

that’s a good sign.

.

From here on, let’s see what happens.

May the Phaya Naga at the bamboo

forgive the owner,

and open the way for the house to change hands.
